Share links are end-to-end encrypted. The decryption key travels in the link itself — in the URL fragment, which browsers never send to a server — so the relay in the middle only ever holds ciphertext.

Working with shares

No account, no install: A share link opens in any browser — nothing to sign up for, nothing for your IT department to approve.
Optional PIN: For a snapshot that deserves extra care, the student adds a PIN and hands it to you separately.
One-click revoke: The student can turn any share off the moment they want to. A revoked link goes dark immediately — no copies linger on a server.
Consent is the design: There is no counselor portal into the family's data. Every share is an affirmative choice by the student, scoped to that snapshot.

A shared snapshot brings the working facts of a student's application into one page you can read in two minutes.

Brag sheet, their words: Assembled from the student's own questionnaire answers — activities, awards, context — not AI-invented. A clean starting point for recommendation letters.
Application progress: Common App sections, per-college portals and term plans, and deadline status — where things stand, without a meeting to find out.
Activities at the real limits: Descriptions already fit the Common App's 50, 100, and 150 character limits. A 0–100 résumé health check names strong commitments, calls out thin spots, and points back toward relevant edit tools. Grounded bullet coaching starts from the student's record or answers to a one-question-at-a-time interview, is told to bracket missing facts, and waits for student review before save.
A portfolio reviewers can scan: Students can publish a separate professional portfolio with selected evidence, projects, work links, privacy controls, accessible photos, and responsive and print-to-PDF previews. A private readiness checklist helps them catch missing context before they share the link with a counselor, scholarship reviewer, or college team.
