A clear agreement
for a shared journey.

1. Agreeing to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are between Taspara Solutions LLC (“Bloom,” “we,” or “us”) and the parent, guardian, counselor, or other adult who creates or accepts an account. By accepting inside Bloom or using the service after receiving an invitation, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

A parent or legal guardian contracts for a family that includes a minor student. Students do not enter the adult contract; they receive a shorter acknowledgment about using Bloom responsibly and checking important information.

2. What Bloom provides

Bloom is a hosted college-guidance platform for family planning, student profiles, learning and study tools, college and scholarship exploration, applications, essays, counselor collaboration, and AI-assisted guidance. Features depend on plan, grade, availability, and product changes.

Bloom is a guide and organizational service. It is not a school, admissions office, licensed financial adviser, law firm, immigration adviser, mental-health service, or guarantee of any college result.

3. Accounts, trials, and family roles

Anyone can create a family account. Every new family starts with a 14-day free trial and a paid subscription that begins when the trial ends, unless it is canceled first. You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in, and tell us promptly if you believe an account or share link has been misused.

Parent and guardian accounts manage the household. Student accounts are tied to the appropriate student's record. Families may add another parent or grant a counselor permissioned access. You may not use a role or share link to view a student you are not authorized to support.

4. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Foundation is currently $49 per month for grades 9–11. Application is currently $99 per month and includes Foundation plus senior-year application tools. Its “unlimited AI counselor and voice” feature means there is no per-message charge or message pack; reasonable daily abuse-prevention safeguards and temporary service-availability limits still apply. The current checkout page controls the price, billing interval, included features, taxes, and any trial or promotional terms presented before purchase.

Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid period unless the checkout terms say otherwise. Any refund right presented at checkout or required by law still applies. Stripe processes subscription payments, and we do not receive full payment-card numbers.

We may change prices or plan contents prospectively. We will give active subscribers reasonable notice before a price change affects a future renewal.

5. AI, research, and official sources

AI can misread a request, miss context, state outdated facts, or invent a confident answer. Bloom may search public sources and show citations, but source labels do not replace checking the college, scholarship provider, testing organization, or government form that controls the decision.

Essay features coach structure, reflection, and revision. The student remains responsible for the work submitted and for following each school's academic-integrity and AI-use rules. Do not submit an AI response as the student's own work without appropriate review and authorship.

6. Your content and privacy

Your family keeps ownership of the information, writing, documents, and other content it enters. You give Bloom the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, display, export, and delete that content as part of providing the service.

Each family is assigned an isolated database. Our systems and listed service providers still process readable data to operate hosted Bloom; this is not a zero-knowledge service. How AI context, subprocessors, counselor sharing, exports, and deletion work is explained in the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You may use Bloom only for lawful college-guidance, education, and family-planning purposes. You may not:

• access another household or student without authorization;
• share account credentials or private links beyond the people they were made for;
• upload malicious code, probe security controls, evade rate limits, scrape the service, or disrupt other users;
• use Bloom to impersonate a student, fabricate records, plagiarize, or violate a school's rules; or
• resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service except where law expressly permits it.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Bloom reliable, but online services have maintenance, failures, and changing third-party data. We may add, remove, or revise features to improve the product, meet legal or safety needs, or respond to provider changes. We will avoid materially reducing a paid plan during its current billing period without a good reason and notice where practical.

9. Ending service, export, and deletion

You may cancel anytime. Before an account closes, a family may request a portable export. Cancellation and deletion are separate: canceling stops future renewal; it does not immediately erase records. A verified parent or guardian may request whole-family deletion.

We may suspend or end access for nonpayment, a material breach, misuse, a threat to another family, or a legal requirement. When practical, we will explain the issue and give the account holder a chance to correct it. Serious security abuse may require immediate action.

If Bloom itself ends — because we stop operating the service, or a change of control means it will not continue — we will tell active families at least 90 days before the closing date. Export stays available and free through that entire window, including the whole-family download that packages every student record and uploaded file at once, and we will keep a static archive of those exports available for 12 months after closing where that is practical. At the end of that period we delete family data. We do not sell it, and we will not treat it as an asset to hand to anyone who is not continuing the service under these Terms.

10. Warranties and responsibility

Bloom is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent the law permits, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow every disclaimer, so those limits may not all apply to you.

To the extent the law permits, Taspara Solutions LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, profits, or data arising from use of Bloom. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for Bloom in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it. This does not limit liability that law does not allow us to limit.

11. Governing law

Texas law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless consumer law in your location requires another forum. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. We will update the date above, and material changes to the legal documents used inside Bloom will require a fresh acceptance before continued account use.
